I'm so sorry for not posting for this long, weave been busy recently because we arrived in Rome, I'm posting now though, but fell free to yell at me. Mom, Dad, and Kyla started off the day by getting up at 8:00am to get coffee and hot chocolate at a fountain while Piper and I slept in. After we had breakfast and Mom, Dad, and Kyla came back we headed to the antient Roman arena for a 3 hour tour. The tour maid my already sore lag's more sore but we powered through it. The first stop we did was in the part where the gladiators would have fought. After the tour guild explained the basically everything you think about ancient Rome gladiators is a lie. First of all the gladiators didn't actually kill each other but instead did, well, something else I don't know. Secondly the king did not do the πorπto decide if the gladiator got to live or die Because, you know the first thing. third of all they didn't ever fill up the coliseum with water to do ship fights because of the 80 doors of the coliseum. Now that's enough facts, back to the tour. Once our tour guild was done telling us about gladiators we walked to the the upper part of the coliseum to get good pictures of the fighting area from above. after we did a full cercal we walked back down to a place i don't know what its called to talk about (I forgot) after awhile we were about to leave but first we tried to find the cat that lived there, we couldn't find itπππ, but the tour guide showed us a picture on his phone πππ. After that we where done with the coliseum went on to a palace. We started off the palace by talking about an arch , then walking awhile to a fountain that if you blocked the water flow with your thumb it would spit water out of a different hole, for some reason. When we were done with that we went up to a courtyard thing that had ruins of a fountain in it, before going to a part were we got this picture.
After that experience we walked to a place the tour guide said was the best view in Rome, here are more pictures.
Finally after quite some time we ended the tour at a courtyard where we saw Julius censers tomb, tipped the tour guide, then left to eat lunch.
